Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistency of HSE support to the construction projects and sites activities incl.
providing technical support to HSE coordinators and information and guidance on HSE matters to all levels of the company.
Raising safety awareness and improving the safety culture is the cornerstone of your daily work. You will ensure compliance to HSE legislation and professionally handle stakeholder relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
We expect you to have formal Health, Safety or Environmental qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) as well as knowledge of HSE legislation.
You have the ability to interpret government approved codes of practices to ensure legal compliance of COSHH and implementation of appropriate control processes.
Furthermore, you have wind energy industry experience combined with good communication skills and a motivated and curious work approach.
Finally, we expect you to be able to work effectively in a team environment where work requires collaboration and interdependence on others, often in an intercultural context.
