Position Description

GT&O is an organization of more than 100,000 employees and contractors worldwide. Through operations in more than 35 countries, GT&O provides end-

to-end technology and fulfillment to individual consumers, small businesses, middle-market businesses and large corporations.

Responsibilities :

  • To handle Exchange Account onboarding for Merrill Lynch Securities (Taiwan) Limited.
  • To face the Front Desk / Client and Custodian bank on the account opening process and required documents to fulfill the onboarding process.
  • Associate with internal business partners for sub account maintenance
  • Assist the team to follow up MLST KYC remediation
  • Requirements :

  • Possess valid Securities specialist and Futures Specialist certificates issued by Taiwan Securities Associations and Chinese National Futures associations are mandatory
  • Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner.
  • Good communications skills in Mandarin and English and ability to present to an audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
  • Previous experience in client onboarding is preferrable
  • Generic knowledge of Securities and Futures market
