We are currently looking for a Planning Lead to manage a key luxury brand. In this role, you will be responsible for creating integrated media solutions and will also be responsible for handling day to day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team and processes.

In this role, your goals will be :

In three months :

  • Complete knowledge of relevant categories
  • Understand agency function manage media budgets with end to end campaign management
  • Able to understand agency and client working style and deliver on day to day requirements
  • In six months :

  • Independently work on the proprietary tools
  • Handle internal global Data Reporting and Requirements
  • Developed good client relationship
  • In 12 months :

  • Independently work on the client requirements
  • Work on end to end award winning solutions
  • Develop learning and experience across traditional, digital, on-ground and branded content planning
  • Train and mentor new joiners

    Be responsible for the on time delivery and quality of the team's work

  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Preferably at least 8 years’ experience in media agency or related field
  • Digital media background is preferred
  • High English and Chinese proficiency is preferred
  • Experience in managing luxury clients is preferred
  • Passion in luxury fashion a plus
