The Role Responsibilities

To pro-actively promote designated Premium Banking products and services to acquire new customers.

積極主動推廣尊尚個人銀行產品和服務 以贏得新的客戶

Scope of Role : 職責範圍


  • To promote sales and services of the bank to achieve / exceed defined sales targets.
  • 提升服務及銷售以達銷售目標

  • To participate in sales activities, campaigns, and road-shows; to conduct extensive and systematic telemarketing call, if needed;
  • running account management activities in promoting designated products and services.

    參與銷售活動及業務競賽 並巡迴宣導活動 經營龐大有系統的電話行銷 流動帳戶管理以推銷特定的產品與服務

  • To look out for Channels and new avenues to acquire high value customers.
  • 注意管道及新途徑獲得高價值之客戶群

  • To ensure maximize cross sell opportunities / MGM.
  • 重視協銷 / 客戶轉介機會

  • To provide quality, efficient before and after sales services.
  • 始終在業務服務上 提供品質及效率

  • To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities.
  • 在業務行為上需準備及統合精確的報告

  • To comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulatory requirements including money laundering prevention procedures.
  • 遵守所有合理的政策 規範及管理上的需求包含洗錢防制的規定

    Our Ideal Candidate

  • Possess at least a College degree and above; or have relevant working experience
  • 大專以上畢或有相關工作經驗

  • Have financial industrial knowledge will be an added advantage
  • 具金融行業知識為佳

  • Able to network very well to develop business channels
  • 能妥善地使用網路來發展業務管道.

  • Optimistic, quick learner and willing to work under high pressure
  • 具樂觀 快速學習及抗壓性佳

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • 具良好的溝通及自我表現技巧

  • Presentable, good personality with good business etiquette
  • 勇於表現 優秀的品格於良好的業務行為上
