Develop and implement long term commercial growth strategies across channel / business.
Companywide trade marketing planning and management : budgeting, measuring, incentivizing.
Lead SMPA process to develop effective commercial plans for excellent execution of 5P plans.
Lead new product launch process for successful in store execution.
Apply commercial principles to drive profitable growth and competitive advantage throughout commercial teams.
Actively engage with other leaders to create the sales vision and drive the long term success.
Coach overall teams to deliver commercial results.
Build profound shopper & customer insight through various data sources and in-depth business analysis.
Effectively embed the insights to commercial team for the competitive short and long term commercial planning.
Manage various data sources and lead the researches to gain the meaningful business implications.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years solid trade marketing experience in FMCG industry
Strong analytical, planning and negotiation skills with a sound understanding of sales and marketing decisions.
Managing merchandising agencies & POSM agencies is required.
Closely work with marketing to develop shopper marketing programs.
Strong consensus building skills, with cross-functional leadership experience.
High level of integrity with a demonstrable passion, inner strength and professional maturity.
Good spoken & written English.
