Our client is a well-known MNC nutrition company - recently expecting a project manager who can work directly with the Ethical Sales and Commercial Excellence Director and key stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Also, will be able to coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

Key roles :

  • Support and participate the development of short and long term marketing strategies and plans to grow business and to achieve product objectives by maximizing sales volume, profitability and market share.
  • Plan, formulate and implement marketing plans and programs of responsible products to support business strategies / objectives and achieve planned sales of Division within marketing expense budget.
  • Analyze market trend to project future growth, maintain 24 months rolling demand forecast, and participate supply review to provide timely input for proper product replenish plan within due time.
  • Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development.
  • Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis..
  • Develop market research, pricing and distribution plans, and coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate implementation of pricing, credit and distribution
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and efficiency of each marketing programs and tactics to optimize the use of marketing resources
  • Ensure all business activities comply with Codes of Business Conduct, local regulatory requirement and ethical standards.
  • Review complaints and suggestions related to his / her responsible product

  • Achieve annual goals of sales, margin, market share and expense budget.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline. For ethical product PMs, related background in medical science, food science, and nutrition science preferred. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years working experience in marketing related field and preferably with a multinational company
  • Proven success record in marketing and sales capability.
  • Good command of English.
  • Sensitive to number and with technical aptitude and knowing its implication
  • Strong interpersonal relationship management and a team player with determination of successful result delivery. Optimistic and enthusiasm.
  • Work well under pressure
