  • They are now expanding its business in Taiwan and the VP will play a crucial role in the core business in Taiwan market.

    Job Description

    Penetrate VIP communities to exceed sales targets.

    Develop clear structure to manage VIP customers and lead the team to maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.

    Create strategic plans alongside event teams to boost and increase streamers and VIPs' engagement.

    Leverage internal and external resources to develop and further engage VIP communities.

    The Successful Applicant

    Over 5 years experience in VIP engagement business.

    Operational experience on growing and managing VIP communities on the scales of more than 100 VIPs.

    Proven track record in selling luxuries, VIP services with great exposure to high-end customers.

    Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
