Build the comprehensive territory plan aligned to brand strategies and tactics to deliver quarterly and annual business targets, by analyzing the market and customers’ growth opportunities and business potential in order to maximize the deployment of all resources throughout the region.
Acquire adequate resources to provide coaching to sales team to ensure PSRs that they can deliver effective selling calls to achieve business target, also develop PSR’s capabilities effectively.
Capable to work cross functional (e.g. cross sales team, marketing, medical, etc.) to proactively analyze and address customer needs, market dynamics (competitors’ intelligences), pricing dynamic and trends that keep brand’s growth objectives to beat the competition.
Maximize listing opportunities and strategically manage pricing.
Basic Qualifications :

Proven success and positive track record as an outstanding performer at least 2-3 years with a high degree of integrity.
Vaccine selling experiences will be a plus.
Demonstrated the ability to learn and adapt quickly with strong resilience and ability to adapt quickly in an evolving organization and be agile in response to external market dynamic and having passion to develop new customers.
The ability to think strategically and execute tactics appropriately.
