Responsibilities :

  • Promote D&B services in a defined territory or industry vertical.
  • This role is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the SMB (small & medium business) customers’ business challenges, determining where D&B can provide value, proposing the best solution(s) to satisfied customers’ needs.
  • Provide insights and findings on industry trends, market activities, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Define Value Propositions for D&B solution and platform.
  • Define and execute sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline prospect and assess new potential opportunities.
  • Expand sales to current customers by identifying additional business needs and selling the D&B solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team and support the team to achieve the sales goals.
  • Basic qualifications :

  • More than 2 years of sales, business development experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a sales role
  • Strong commitment and ownership towards goals or target assigned
  • Must be proactive and initiative, with good interpersonal & excellent presentation skills.
  • Must be highly flexible.
  • Active listening skills, strategic problem solving and collaboration skills
  • Expertly PowerPoint ability is a must
  • Self-starter with curiosity and strong learning capabilities, capable to work well under high pressure
  • Excellent communication in English and Chinese.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization and challenging environment.
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business or marketing related field.
  • Saas platform selling experience preferred.
  • Passionate about Saas platform, e-commerce and sales
  • Experience or interest in sales, customer support, account management, marketing or consulting.
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Experienced in working with Small Medium Businesses segment
