3. 3PL suppliers managementActively seek methods to improve third party logistics operations through supplier training, supplier management and audits.
Closely work with 3PL suppliers, Planning team, OTC team, and Sales to deliver Sales target, and CFRClosely track and analyze the 3PL spending and take initiative to drive out the cost saving.
Closely track 3PLs performance and work with 3PLs on timely corrective action plan implementation.Work with procurement team for 3PL bidding4.
Co-Pack managementEstablish the process of co-packing. Develop and manage co-packing operations.Work together with PCM, QA, Procurement, marketing team to ensure promotion plan to be executed effectively.
