National Key Account Manager, High Tech

In this role, you are the main contact point in Taiwan for the assigned vertical. As the company representative, you will foster a close working relationship with key stakeholders, and maximize business opportunities to achieve agreed targets and objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure understanding of customer organization and decision making processes
  • Develop dedicated solutions for the assigned customers with emphasis on value creation and industry-specific innovations
  • Monitor monthly financial performance against set targets and take appropriate actions in cases of deviations
  • Conduct regular review sessions with the customers, including processes for continuous improvement, innovation, operational excellence and customer strategy
  • Effectively hand over and transition new business into operations
  • Negotiate rates with customers in alignment with the Business Units (BU) and ensure rate sheets are documented and maintained by the BUs
  • Your Skills and Experiences

    Ideally, you should have minimum 5 years of logistics sales experience, with a proven track record in managing key accounts and senior stakeholder expectations.

    Abilities to set clear priorities and shape processes are key differentiators. To ensure effective and seamless communication between corporate headquarters and our customers, it is essential that you are fluent in Mandarin.

    Frequent travel in the region may be expected.
