What You’ll Be Doing

Take the full P&L responsibilities of Baxter Oncology Products
Develop and implement growth strategy for the responsible businesses Commercial Excellence
Fully engage sales teams and lead sales force effectiveness program, including SFDC implementation, sales execution plan, etc.
Provide inputs and liaise resource to commercial training so we can continuously enhance sales force effectiveness
Coordinate implementation plan and drive best practices of commercial excellence, e.g., 4DX, NPS
University graduate and above
10+ years of sales experience in healthcare industry with 5+ sales management. Additional exposure in marketing, commercial training and commercial excellence is a strong plus
Strong interpersonal and influential skills, and s / he is able to mobilize resource within and outside of the organization
Can lead changes with positive mindset and confidence
Enjoy problem solving, build team spirit and hold strong business ethics
