In this role, you will develop and implement Cardif digital and e-business strategy. You will also support different new initiatives centered around digital and innovation of the company.
Your job will facilitate Cardif to provide better digital user experience and acquire and engage customers in a digitized and innovative manner.
1. Develop assigned project strategic roadmap and identify enablers, implement with planning and coordination skills across related functions and out-of-box thinking.
2. Implement / join task force on business value creation projects, e.g. digital, innovation, or business strategic projects to create differentiated value proposition or process remap.
3. Execute market research and data analysis to ensure continuous competitiveness and seek for new business opportunities.
4. Utilize Google Analytics to obtain insights on existing digital assets and recommend enhancement opportunities. Support enhancement and automation of GA analysis capability
5. - Support UX activities from user research to developing wireframes
