SMB / Enterprise Sales Manager, China

Job Description :


You will be responsible for sales management of SMB and Enterprise sectors for both Connected Things and Connected Home business in China.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining the relationships with Service Integrators (SIs) and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.

You will be entrusted to plan for effective sales to grow the coverage of our products for Small-Medium Business (SMB) and Enterprise in new channels.


  • Manage and execute the growth strategy in China for SMB and Enterprise segment.
  • To meet or over-achieve both the revenue and profit target in China.
  • Building and developing the SMB and enterprise resellers’ network.
  • To partner with third party vendors, alliance partners and ISPs to grow the business in China.

  • Around eight to ten years’ experience in I.T. channel and private and government projects management in China market, preferably with experience selling networking or consumer electronics product.
  • Experience in developing and managing direct distributors and multiple indirect channel partners (Resellers, Value-added Resellers, System Integrators and ISPs).
  • Good knowledge in business management of various channel types (SOHO, SMB, ISPs and Government) with strong expertise in managing resellers.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and business objectives with strong financial management.
  • Excellent understanding of accelerating sales development in a highly competitive and fast changing marketplace.
  • Proactive and result orientated nature whom like to challenge the status quo.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • University Degree in Engineering or equivalent acquired from a reputable University or Tertiary Institution.
