Provide administrative support and assist senior management on daily operation.
Provide assistance to senior management through the completion of diversified secretarial duties and administrative activities.
Schedule / coordinate appointment, meetings and conferences.
Assist in meeting minutes, business correspondence, presentations preparation and management report generation.
Manage proper communication internally and externally.
Ad hoc assignments as directed by Executive.
Co-work with cross function and support the company's initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Execute the related matter of Board and shareholder meetings.
At least 3-year working experience with performing administrative duties and providing support to management level positions.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
University graduated or above.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Good communication and coordination skill cross-department leaders.
Approachable, detail-oriented, open-minded and is keen on continuous learning.
Good command of both written and conversational in English and Korean.
Possess the certification of TOPIK
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
