Job Description

  • S&OP processes owner. This includes developing, optimizing, maintaining and monitoring all S&OP processes in the country.
  • Take responsibility of target setting, process training, process maintenance and tool set up, to achieve an effective planning and alignment process.

  • Convey country’s unique demands and develop informational decks / reporting to clearly assess commercial plans across upsides and constraints.
  • Assist region in identifying, training and supporting country representatives. Work with regional counterparts to align current ROFO / net demand submission against market activities and sales trends.

  • Ensure S&OP alignment across country, region, and functions. Apply demand control where necessary on large or abnormal orders while still striving to meet operational and customer excellence.
  • Coordinate products readiness from sourcing deployment plan review and local redressing / customization readiness planning, to make sure market needs fully fulfilled.
  • Oversee product launches / rationalization / special promotions, and collaborate with the commercial / marketing team on the product portfolio, including communications to regulatory group and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead unit and dollar demand forecast (including revenue, risks, and samples) to review with regional, commercial and finance counterparts proactively, especially on write off and provision.
  • Identify gaps between current plans and financial commitments to derive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight the risks and opportunities.

  • Develop talents with task force with pre-assigned topic to cultivate collaboration, and provide the leadership effectively motivating colleagues.
  • Ensure team’s compliance of company SOPs, code of conduct and local regulations.

    Minimum requirements

    Bachelor Degree Fluency in English and Chinese

  • Min. 5 years of experience in S&OP process managing a large product portfolio. Interactions with cross-functional teams.
  • Forecasting tool, supply control process, and excel proficiency. SAP, warehousing, and OTI experience would be a plus.
