Taiwan Client Business team serves various clients, including distributors and non-distributors across client segments, by providing investment solutions and services across asset classes.
Understand the competitive landscape, build and deepen strong business partnerships with distributors, and position BlackRock products to win market share
Develop and execute business plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals
Explore sales and promotional activities to achieve sales target
Provide and deliver presentations for workshops, seminars and client meetings as appropriate to represent BlackRock
Work with BlackRock internal partners and resources (marketing, product specialists, sales desk, etc.) to augment efforts in the field
5-8 years as an experienced investment professional is preferred
Bachelor’s degree and local securities license is required, MBA / CFA is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, OneNote, etc.)
Self-motivated individual, with a commitment to excellence
Strong overall sales acumen and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ambitious work ethic, professional disposition, detail oriented, good team player, and a passion for investments
Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels and functions; can work through difficult problems and in conflict situations
Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to travel when required
