1.In charge of RD engineers entry to middle level manager recruitment, R&R includes building partnership with hiring managers talent sourcing and management selection & interview securing on-boarding and expand talent network
Requirement 1.At least over 6 years working experiences and at least 3 years in recruiting dept. / function has rotations or experiences in other HR functions such as staffing L&D is a plus
2. Proficient in behavior interview skill (to have a Train-The-Trainer certification is a plus).The number to apply BI skills to conduct interviews for regular employees is at least more than 30, and may provide constructive feedback to hiring managers.
3. Familiar with multi sourcing channels. Be able to partner with hiring managers to propose the best sourcing portfolio and effectively follow-up to fulfill talent requirements.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software to integrate data and present the valuable information and insights.
5.Scoring over 650 in TOEIC or similar level in other language tests within two years
