主要工作職責 Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Ensure all territory accounts troubleshooting calls are managed and solved promptly. 確保所屬區域客戶的故障排除來電有所管理並即時解決
Plan and well management for more than 1 big installation evaluation, work closely with project leader, close on time. 能有效規劃多個執行大型裝機案的評估內容 與Project leader 密切配合 按時完成
Need to manage implement assign project, which can effectively improve team work efficiency. 需管理改善團隊效率的專案 能夠有效提升團隊工作效率
Ensure Applications Team is well trained on all products to provide operator training and troubleshooting support. 確保產品應用團隊接受過所有產品的培訓 以提供操作員培訓和故障排除支持
Lead team to work closely and collaboratively with cross functions to combine resources, and drive win-win solution. 領導團隊與跨部門緊密地合作 以達到整合資源並驅動雙贏解決方案
Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring & training direction to team members. 提供團隊成員領導 指導 輔導及培訓方向
Ensure and assist team members in effectively managing their tasks.
Lead team adapts to change and drive team results under new environment.
Develop leadership / people management skills to realize continuous self-improvement and effective team management. 發展領導 / 人員管理技巧 以實踐持續自我改善及有效的團隊管理
Implement people practices within the team, including finding people, developing people, building the organization and rewarding people.
執行團隊內人力資源相關作業 包含尋覓人才 發展人才 組織團隊及獎勵人才
Routinely prepare, generate, come out potential management report (ex : workload, instruments and customers etc) to manager productivity of team and manpower utilization.
定期產出管理報表 (如 : 工時管理 機台分布及負責客戶等) 管理團隊效率使人力優化
Keep good relationship with other affiliate to gain information and resources.和其他區域同事保持良好關係 確保重要資訊或資源能夠彼此流通
教育背景教育背景 Education :
At least Bachelor Degree in Medical technology or life Science or Medical relative. 大學以上學歷 醫事技術學系或生命科學或醫學相關科系
At least 5-year work experience. 相關工作經驗 5 年以上
At least 2-year management experience. 管理相關工作經驗 2 年以上
