Satair, a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of Airbus SAS. To further strengthen our Integrated Material Service (IMS) towards our customers in Taipei, we are seeking an experienced Planning and Order Fulfilment Specilist, who will be reporting to Service Delivery Manager based in Taipei.

Job Objective : Ensure parts availability at time of need Optimise stock levels, investment and transportation cost Use all available statistical and technical information to continuous improve planning Ensure on-

time parts availability Ensure order processing, administration and management of material orders for assigned IMS customersKey responsibilities : Develop the demand plan forecast considering all relevant inputs using statistical and technical planning based on customer inputs Continuously deliver ordering or stock rotation plans to ensure contractual off-

shelf availabilities and lead times cost-efficiently Select the appropriate replenishment process per part-number Establish a close connection to the customer and leverage the proximity to gain customer-

specific inputs for the planning and global operations Collaborate with centralized IMS Planning Team to leverage business opportunities in material management (i.

e. Economy of Scale) Include customer fleet development plan to ensure adequate stock levels at any time Understand customer specific requirements and developments Use and improve existing planning models for statistical demand forecasting Launch required actions to integrate new part-

numbers in the service Coordinate technical analysis between customer and Airbus departments for operational activities Ensure order management and administration for all aspects of the material order handling process and facilitate the stock dispatch of material from resources globally Manage order book and follow up proactively to ensure no or low backlog and delays Inform relevant stakeholders proactively on order status, especially for delays or critical partsPersonal & interpersonal skills : Diplomatic sense and open / out-
