Job Description

To lead & drive all New Product Introduction Test activities at subcontractor factories

Participate in new process / system setup / review of manufacturing processes

To work / liaise with all relevant parties (Business line engineering team, Test Designer, Planners, Suppliers) on the new product introduction, yield improvement and test cost reduction projects

To qualify new test hardware at the subcontractor factories

Have Tester Software knowledge, Test Program (Advantest, Teradyne etc) debugging skills and Test Data Analysis knowledge

Engineering support on daily production activities. Ensuring continuous supply chain and delivery to customers

Support Security Testing Certification process at subcontractor factories

Provide technical expertise and support all test related and test procedures

Excellent communication skills. Leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment

Responsible for yield improvement through detail analysis, problem solving and team work with cross functional team

Requirements

Minimum University Degree qualification in Engineering

Minimum 3 years' experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering

Good problem-solving capability

Able to make data driving decisions

Knowledge of Digital, Analog, RF Cellular, Bluetooth and WiFi Testing

Experience working on test equipment such as ATE tester, handlers or prober

Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly

Experienced in delivering technical presentations to different technical audiences

Able to work independently and with good initiative to overcome technical challenges

Value teamwork and being flexible and able to work well in dynamic situation
