Making sure our customer is satisfied for the services. Identifythe process flaw or the system gaps and propose best practice tomake our service better.
Join the on-call rotation to provide 24x7support. Understanding the urgency of our customer request and takenecessary step to provide the resolution and follow ourSLA.
