  • Act as a professional business partner (supporting Global Consumer Banking, especially on Insurance, Cards sales and Branches);
  • it’s essential to partner closely with business managers to understand and anticipate business people issues, and to provide HR advice / solutions for better business efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide consulting advice and recommendations on people development and retention, performance management, succession planning, talent management
  • Work with the business to identify talent and successor and develop & implement succession plans.
  • Assist the business with employee transfer, movement and terminations / separation processes, including compensation and benefits related analysis and proposals, if necessary.
  • Facilitate employee communication, especially on HR policy and Labor Standard Law, to strengthen the positive employee relations at work place and to make Citi a better place to work
  • Partner with business managers to tackle Labor Relations and Labor audit issues
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree and 8 10 years HR professional experiences, financial industry preferred
  • Solid and diverse HR experiences, rotation among different roles preferred, e.g. HR business partners, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment or Talent Development
  • Sound understanding on Labor Standard Law (LSL) and its application & market practices
  • Strong people skills to build rapport with key stakeholders and business managers
  • A team player and able to work under pressure & at fast pace
  • Fluent in English communication, both verbal and written
  • Travel
