Job Summary :
As part of the IoT solution team, the Senior IoT Product & Compliance Mgt Specialist, Digital and Transformation participate in the design, development and support of West IoT solutions with a focus on internal and external communication, processes and compliance.
Own IoT product artifacts and related documentation and help to translate product strategy into detailed stories and requirements.
He / she will work with an international team to bring the power of IoT in the Pharmaceutical space, contributing to a more efficient and effective production flow as well as instrumentally contribute to West Pharma IoT internal and customer facing capabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Be a key communication cornerstone between development team and project stakeholders
Own IoT projects artifacts and project related documents
Translate product strategy into detailed stories and requirements
Support projects validation process for GxP & Medical data management regulation
Be a reference for internal product and development SOPs and contribute to their evolution
Gain a deep understanding of product experience, identify, and fill feature gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience to grow value of the West offering
Grow and maintain a clear knowledge of the latest market offerings and technologies
Produce high quality documentation based on implemented methodology standards
Drive product launches including working with the marketing team, executives, and other product management team members
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Utilize user feedback to work with development team on feature enhancement proposal
Support senior roles to define roadmap track progresses

Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
5+ years of related work experience
3+ years of related product management skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Excellent communication oral and written skills
Proven experience as product and / or project manager related role
Experience as technical writer is a plus
Good agile project experience
Experience with ticket tracking systems (eg. Jira or Azure DevOps)
Good understanding of IoT space technologies
GxP regulatory experience is a plus
Medical data management regulatory experience is a plus
Excellent organization skills with ability to organize task and team communication efficiently
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; use sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times
