Our client is a well-known personal / skin care company around the world. They have a strong R&D team and its products are strictly based on scientific approach.
They are now looking for a National Sales Manager to drive their sales team in Taiwan.
Develop / implement customer business plan to meet business objectives
In alliance with trade marketing plan, develop annual channel / customer business strategy and plan based on channel / customer understanding to ensure brand strategies / essence are well-incorporated in to the plan.
Co-work with trade marketing / marketing team to drive sell-out, excellent trade activation, pricing management, recommendation and merchandising programs whilst also maintain sales forecast accuracy.
Business, negotiation & new customer development
Conduct annual contract negotiation and ensure to optimize trade spending based on company and customers win-win strategy
Continue negotiate with customers for best utilizing trade spending (price-off, rental fee, DM fee and business development fund etc.
to deliver positive sales result
Identify the new customer and develop business collaboration to deliver incremental sales
Coaching & motivating team member
The Successful Applicant
10 years of experience in channel / account management, trade marketing experience will be a plus
At least 5-year team management experience
Category experience : skin care, consumer health care (OTC) or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) highly preferred, dermo-cosmetics experience will be a plus
Channel experience : PCS (Watsons, Cosmed, Poya, Tomod's) & Costco, medical dispensing / pharmacy will be a plus.
High proficiency in computer Skills e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook

Strong negotiation and good leadership skills
Strong communication & analytical skills
