Role Summary :
To develop and lead service product projects and coordinate service resource to deliver business objective and to maximize customer satisfaction from install-
based customers for GE Healthcare HKTW.
Essential Responsibilities :
Independent develop and lead service product projects , coordinate service resource to help on revenue generate from installed base customers.
Working with Region service Product Marketer(s) to secure product positioning and customer-focus solutions information across the portfolio.
Interfacing with HKTW account managers to create training materials, brochures and sales tools required for execution of growth objectives adapting these to local market needs as necessary
Analysis HKTW service business trend, healthcare regulatory change, customers’ challenge to promote digital service solution.
Qualifications / Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field
2. 3+ years’ experience in healthcare industry’s product marketing or related field
3. Dare to change and innovation
4. Planning and project management skills
5. Experience working with Sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales.

Required communications skills are comprised of written, verbal and presentation capabilities. Additional skills may include the ability to actively listen, logic thinking and manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines
