Education Executive - Origins
Deliver the core education initiatives primarily to counter employees.
Assist to develop, instruct, educate and demonstrate brand values, product knowledge, skincare / make-up theory and techniques, accreditation and the brand total service experience.
Follow-up on classroom / e-learning training and field coaching.
Ensures Customer and Market Growth
Deliver and evaluate education programs in partnership with Education Manager and cross functions within the brand.
Support the Guides via regular in-store coaching and enusre Guides follow brand image guidelines.
Assist to explore solutions to common business issues, provide feedback from training school / in-store training and look for opportunities to obtain the required results further.
Assist area leaders to identify existing Guides’ improvement opportunities and address job-related skills / product knowledge gaps.
Work with Education and Sales Managers to drive outstanding consumer experience.
Support business partners and brand events, such as special events per retail needs, national sales meetings etc. in accordance with the Education and Sales Managers.
In conjunction with Education Manager review Mystery Shopping Customer Service Program survey results and incorporate identified opportunities in future educaion programs in-
store and in the classroom.
Leads and Develops People
Act as a role model to ensure counter employees to deliver the Origins Discovery model and demostrating services with highest standards of knowledge and performance.
Implement periodical assessment of Guides to evaluate and explain the key performance indicators-Hourly Productivity, IPT, AUS, CRM performane (NTF, Capture / Retention rate etc.
Communicate regularly with the relevant area leaders on the quality of classroom participants-highlight individual areas of opportunity.
Support to conduct field coaching to elevate Guides’s service level / skills / knowledge in sharing relevent brand / product stories based on customer needs and delivering outstanding consumer experience.
Manages Operational Effectiveness
Consolidate education / training materials.
Set up the training room in readiness for trainings.
Monitor training room supplies (testers / saleable products) and maintain the classroom cleaning.
Manage Guides’ uniform requests and products allocation-in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
Maintain up-to-date facial service related / e-learning / training progress file on all sales staffs; provide monthly report on training activities and improvement of the team.
Ensure strict adherence to the Education Expense budget as provided by the Education Manager.
University graduate or above.
3 years of relevant training experience preferred.
Good communication and presentation skill
Good computer skill
English / Chinese translation
Proven exceptional ability in organizational skills, customer service, public speaking and instructional training.
Proven ability to provide guidance, instruction, product knowledge, selling skills and training.
Demonstrate ability to develop creative, challenging informative and fun ways to deliver training and educational information.
Equip makeup skill will be a plus.
Good digital / social media perception and skill set
Proficiency in Chinese and English
Outgoing and engaging personality
