As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses.

You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.

Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service.

You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

As a Data Strategy Lead in the Large Customer Sales specialist team, you will be at the forefront of driving data and measurement solutions as a consultant to advertisers in Taiwan.

You are a deeply analytical and solutions driven player that loves working with clients to improve their data and measurement capabilities and integrate their various data sources to build a holistic view of their customers.

In this role, you will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the key challenges and opportunities facing our customers when it comes to implementing new measurement protocols, deploying attribution models, integrating data sources (e.

g., CRM+ Google Analytics) as well as actioning the insights.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs. Formulate and complete end-to-end analysis including data gathering, use case scoping, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
  • Drive the success of technical and operational client relationships. Resolve issues with internal technical support teams for our advertisers and agency clients, and enhance their experience through exceptional customer support.
  • Maintain customer information and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) metrics. Conduct product training sessions across clients, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Generate and deliver insights presentations for client consumption; identify and implement technical optimizations that grow customer’s businesses.
  • Perform business planning and reviews and advocate new product features.

  • Serve as the voice of our advertisers and work with Product Management and Engineering teams to communicate customer needs and priorities.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of the product roadmap to ensure client feedback is incorporated.

    Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with analytic products and solutions.
  • Experience working with clients on data management platforms, running SQL, or other data management languages.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Client-facing, consulting / services experience with the ability to engage at various levels including C-level executives.
  • Digital marketing and general advertising industry knowledge.
  • Engineering background.
  • Strong data integration and problems solving skills to solve our clients business needs and deliver business value. Ability to speak directly to technical teams to provide solutions for customers’ online advertising needs
  • Strong Project Management skills. Proven presentation and communication skills with the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as part of a team.
