Responsibilities :

  • Lead development of the category / trade strategy to support long term category growth and profitably increase market share based on shopper and customer requirements.
  • Participating in ad-hoc assignments upon request.

    Develop a joint business partnership with key customers to drive business performance

    Prepare and implement new product trade launch and conduct pre and post evaluation

    Optimize BTL A&CP budgets for category by channel and monitor the execution

  • Understand shopper insight and generate compelling shopper stories to develop winning strategies for categories vs competition
  • Requirements :

  • A degree holder in Marketing / Business or related discipline
  • 3 5+ years trade marketing or channel development experience in FMCG industry

    Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills

    Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels

    Highly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environment
