Key Deliverables / Outputs
Taiwan Shining tower proposal and execution with the focus on in-market implementation and development.
Identify key stakeholders that will be willing to partner with Roche for evolving healthcare system.
Establish and manage relationships with a broad network of patient organizations relevant to Taiwan’s healthcare ecosystem and determine areas of expertise and mutual interest.
Identify the communications strategy which will demonstrate the value of PHC for all stakeholders when implemented at scale across a healthcare system.
Serve as a vital source of input for the rest of the PHC core team regarding capabilities, skills and resources needed from the team to be effective in advancing local PHC agendas.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Lead in-market implementation of PHC strategy as well as Taiwan Shining Tower proposal.
Work closely with PHC core team and key stakeholders within Roche to enable their strategies through actionable external relationships.
Work closely with BASE & R-FM BU Director and agency to craft the PHC brand story and messaging strategy in a way that resonates with external stakeholders and our market.
Represent Roche’s PHC vision to the external world at conferences, meetings, and networking events.
Co-work with Global PHC Center of Excellence to refine our strategies, test new models and support the pharma international network share best practices.
Help develop appropriate market development strategy and tactical action plans to optimize performance.
Experience, Skills, Competencies
8+ years working experience; past Pharma or Bio industry working experience is a plus
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, project leadership and management
Proven track record in developing professional and sustainable External Stakeholder relations within healthcare eco-system or even beyond healthcare bureaus
Business experience in multinational organizations with multiple stakeholder groups in global, regional, and local teams.
Good internal stakeholder management and has pitched / presented disruptive ideas and innovation to senior leadership teams
Relevant and significant marketing experience, preferably with conferencing event, PR and communication agency. Experience managing agency and supplier performance.
Strong ability to manage complicated projects and new initiatives, and problem solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Very strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Work independently in a cross-functional and matrix environment
Strong Business Acumen
A strong team player and collaborator
Ability to set priorities and remain professional in business critical situations
