Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities :

  • Services existing customers, obtains daily orders and evaluate customer needs and build productive long-term relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals at the quarterly basis
  • Manage territory information by maintaining of opportunities, successfully account management and competitor status.
  • Keep trace the daily run rate of consumable reagent and create benchtop instruments needs.
  • Inform new products and other general information to customers. Incorporate this data in the forecast plan.
  • Manage selling price within territory to control profitability and efficiency
  • Resolves customer complaint by investigating problems and finding solutions. Meet the customer satisfaction rate over 90%.
  • Cooperate with cross function teams (TAS, TSS, CS, Logistic, and Service) to find opportunity and get deal.
  • Educational Qualification :

  • At least 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory industry.
  • Master’s degree, preferably in the biological sciences, knowing the principal of cell culture, cell biology, Protein, and Molecular biology application.
  • Chinese should be fluent. The writing and speaking ability of English is medium, English proficient is better.
  • Must possess a strong desire and passion to serve the customer and deliver excellent customer service.
