Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities :
Services existing customers, obtains daily orders and evaluate customer needs and build productive long-term relationships.
Meet or exceed sales goals at the quarterly basis
Manage territory information by maintaining of opportunities, successfully account management and competitor status.
Keep trace the daily run rate of consumable reagent and create benchtop instruments needs.
Inform new products and other general information to customers. Incorporate this data in the forecast plan.
Manage selling price within territory to control profitability and efficiency
Resolves customer complaint by investigating problems and finding solutions. Meet the customer satisfaction rate over 90%.
Cooperate with cross function teams (TAS, TSS, CS, Logistic, and Service) to find opportunity and get deal.
Educational Qualification :
At least 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory industry.
Master’s degree, preferably in the biological sciences, knowing the principal of cell culture, cell biology, Protein, and Molecular biology application.
Chinese should be fluent. The writing and speaking ability of English is medium, English proficient is better.
Must possess a strong desire and passion to serve the customer and deliver excellent customer service.
