What you will be doing
Establish regional business plans to achieve goals, and effectively allocate; financial, resources within regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Analyzes sales and customer data to maximize the deployment of all resources throughout the region to support the execution of strategies and tactics.
Field work should focus on reviewing objectives, coaching selling skills, and business planning in the office setting, assess customer and marketplace needs and trends
Develops strong collaborative relationships with all members of the commercial team (e.g. hospital sales team, marketing and medical) and other internal stakeholders to proactively analyze and address customer needs, market dynamics and trends that support brand and collaboration objectives.
Maximize listing opportunities and strategically manage pricing for the total respiratory portfolio in AH and GP.
Liaise with the key account manager from third-party vendor who shall manage the sales representatives on the following :
Talent development & succession planning
Team & personal resilience
Personal development planning in the spirit of continuous improvement

An ability to learn and adapt quickly to remain current on healthcare / disease-state trends
Demonstrated strong resilience and ability to adapt quickly in an evolving organization and external environment
Demonstrated ability to hold self and others accountable for action and results
Ability to analyze sales and other relevant market data to formulate strategic plans and execute plans for success
Strong understanding of Payer environment, reimbursement and challenges; government programs, managed health care, and evolving health care systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
The ability to think strategically and execute tactics appropriately
Demonstrate strong self-initiative and follow-up
