Plan and Execution of Marketing Strategy and Activity guideline with HQ
Plan and execute annual media and communication plan to strengthen brand exposure and position.
To monitor and ensure all marketing activities and materials follow Brand guidelines with good quality.
Build and maintain good relationships with key media and customers (including retailers).
Visit retail & key wholesale POS on a regular basis to ensure brand image is up to the standard, as well as MKTG investment efficiency to support sales.
Monitor and supervise Advertising / PR / Trade / CRM / VM program to ensure effective and efficiency to achieve sales target and build up brand.

A&P Budget Allocation and Control
Based on annual launch plan, develop detailed marketing plan.
Plan all A&P budget allocation according to Brand strategy and guideline.
Monthly up-date A&P and reporting to BM and HQ
Special Projects / Events Management
Monitor and control budget and spending, oversee and supervise program, progress, standard and quality
For specific and national projects / events, create, plan and prepare concept and budget with related vendors
Negotiate and coordinate with related vendors, including other markets, offices and internal divisions
CRM : responsible for annual VIP program
CRM database maintenance and analysis
Assign and allocate manpower and responsibilities
Coordination and developing trade promotion for both retail and wholesales
To strengthen the brand exposure by developing outdoor billboards network in key areas based on the available budget and reserve price and location through advance booking.
Provide marketing related assistance and recommendation to wholesale and retail divisions, develop trade promotion for both retail and wholesale.
Contact and inform Sales, BM and HQ Brand for updated marketing activities and news / information.
