Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks
Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed
Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process
Assist on drafting job descriptions in view of building up a comprehensive job description library
Responsible for job posting on our corporate career site, external career sites and LinkedIn
Update requisitions in Kenexa Brassring, our global Applicant Tracking System to ensure the data integrity in our reporting
Facilitate the implementation of recruitment best practices from regional or corporate office to Taiwan.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with Architecture / Engineering / Construction (A / E / C) industry related recruiting
Minimum 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, gained preferably from in-house and external recruitment agency environment
Proven experience identifying and hiring professional / technical talent preferably within the engineering industry
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Possessing a mindset of continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
