Responsible for delivering field technical support on NXP automotive products / solutions in assigned Taiwan Tier1s / OEMs, with in-
depth design assistance leveraging NXP technical resources (Product Line Specialist / Market Development Engineer / Applications Support) Proactively demonstrate NXP products / solutions will meet customer’s specification and conditions, propose customized solutions together with relative marketing / sales and technical expertise in team.
Delivers trainings and supports to customer R&D team on-site or remotely, interact with customer (OEM and Tier1s) Architects / Engineers to understand requirements, provide feedback on customers’ application and technology requirements.
Establish good contact with Customer’s technical team, tracking design-in projects progress with regular updates, will have to debug issues faced by the customer in Lab and field, will be required to suggest patches / work-
arounds for blocking customer issues. Deliver trainings to field team and distribution, and drive and manage joint activities with IDH or FAEs in Disti.
