  • Job Description - Aggressively explore and actively develop new potential OEM (設備製造) customers and turn opportunities into business;
  • maintain customer relationship and drive further business with existing customers in focus branch- Co-work with HQ and RC Business Development Manager and Sales Manager to implement customer strategy in focus branch-

    Establish market transparency, identify new sales opportunity in focus branch- Responsible for application pre-sales in responsible branch, i.

    e. branch application promotion and know how transfer from HQ- Focus on PMA accounts (Production Machine accounts) especially the ones not handled by OEM sales-

    Keep track of key opportunities of defined PMA accounts in focus branch

  • KPI : - OI increase in assigned OEM accounts- Total OI ramp up in assigned branch- Amount of new opportunities created
  • Requirements : - Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering- At least 5 years of working experience in OEM / production machinery branches-
  • Proven successful track record in name account development and turning opportunities into business- Excellent sales skills in maintaining customer relationship with strong technical background-

    Good self driven working attitude and teamwork- Good command in English and Mandarin Chinese, including writing and speaking
