Own all regional account sales management responsibilities of specified MSD EM products relating to Semiconductor & Science Markets including resolving any issues.
Define, align and implement Account Strategy
Developing and executing a Regional account growth strategy to align with division goals
Manage the teams to ensure the booing number and revenue recognition in line with targets
Manage roadmap to PO’ using structured selling approaches such as Miller-Heiman and ensure to follow compliance regulations strictly
Manage strategy and tactics of all sales for defined products in close cooperation with the Business Unit owners, Application team and Service teams
Confirm all system configurations, specifications and acceptance conditions are appropriate for closing orders
Manage the distributor and agent
Apply PPI to identify and resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problems
Ensure and follow up CAS
Leverage the capability at Semiconductor & Science Market to develop synergy projects.
Build up the culture with company 4i value
Minimum Qualifications :
A university degree is required.
Requires 10 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Good written and oral communication skills, good presentation skill
Good knowledge of the Semiconductor industry, and / or electron optics and the application fields
Demonstrated ability to develop deep customer relationships and credibility, to gain insight into customers’ requirements
Demonstrate sophisticate leadership and interpersonal skills
