Provide local insight and drive the execution of regional projects with a focus on retail and customer-facing solutions across entire project lifecycle including but not limited to (project initiation, planning, design, development / configuration, testing, and training)
Support the business and Regional IT in assessing opportunities for consumer engagement with digital solutions
Ensure business needs are correctly translated into functional requirements for design and development.
Develop business cases and create high level cost-benefit analysis for validated needs
Document functional requirements for system enhancements, working with Regional system owners to deliver on enhancements
Manage local project rollouts, developing project plans, creating project and system documentation as needed.
Support IT Manager in assessing the IT landscape, long term system portfolio and methods in order to achieve synergies, efficiency, and standardization and deliver results
