Day to Day responsibility :

  • Support strategic talent management process (acquisition, development, planning and recognition / rewards)
  • Become a trusted partner of the business clients you support; work across business lines as needed. Develop your own leadership presence;
  • act with integrity and build trust-based relationship with the leaders and employees you support

  • Identify and take action on any current talent gaps, deploy individual and leadership development programs and tools to build a talent pipeline for operations group;
  • coach leadership in the review process to identify emerging and changing talent needs

  • Coordinate with business leaders to ensure optimization of performance management & rewards systems to support optimal individual and team performance
  • Collaborates closely with HR colleagues to implement streamlined HR programs that drive standardization across Taiwan while ensuring business partner needs are met
  • Build knowledge on organizational design process and work with HR peers to identify potential organizational design improvements to support our changing business environment and optimal performance
  • As needed, support employee relations initiatives & develop policy updates and communication plans in an effective and efficient manner
