Country Brand Lead

  • Own brand strategy & implementation of marketing programs for key Pfizer Upjohn Brands in Taiwan.
  • Define and drive country primary therapeutic area (TA) and brand strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and operating expenses of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.
  • Responsibilities

  • Provide insights and brand feedback to marketing lead
  • Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for key Pfizer Upjohn Brands
  • Work closely with other marketers to generate both cost and revenue synergy between Pfizer Upjohn Brands
  • Select best-fitting modules from regional / global content; translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed
  • Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)
  • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
  • Allocate resource and execute plans in country brand budget
  • Cross-functional brand leadership across field force, account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.
  • Train field force on product positioning and prioritization
  • Partner with medical to educate KOLs on emerging medical research and differentiated product attributes
  • Accountabilities

  • Brand Plan : Develop brand plan and review brand strategies with key stakeholders
  • Campaign Development : Select best fitting modules for local needs
  • Promotion Meetings : Manage compliance review of materials
  • Shared Accountability

  • Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with General manager / Sales lead / Marketing lead)
  • Long-range forecasting (with General manager / Sales lead / Marketing lead)
  • Revenue adjustments, as needed (with General manager / Sales lead / Marketing lead)
  • Provide accurate products forecast to supply chain (With Supply chain / Marketing lead)
  • Develop promotional meetings strategy (with Marketing lead)
  • Validate brand-specific messages and design training (with Medical / Training team / Marketing lead)
  • Develop disease awareness campaigns, congress content in partnership (with medical and external KOLs)
  • Qualifications :

  • 5 -10 years of pharmaceutical experience including sales and marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree; master degree or MBA desired
  • TOEIC score above 800
