To participate, liaise & implement the marketing activities of the F&BP Division and the co-ordination of retail to provide excellent service to customers
Key Responsibilities :
Event & Promotion Strategy Work closely with Product Marketing on VIP event strategy to ensure all CRM related details are planned and executed in line with business direction and CHANEL visionDevelop in-
store CRM strategy and deploymentParticipate and co-ordinate the development of promotion plans for VIP
Data Management Database managementMonitor on the performance of our customersTo undertake analysis, planning and implementation of customers’ dataParticipate in planning & developing interesting activities for Chanel VIPsParticipate in developing CRM program
Event Execution Participate the development of VIP eventsProvide insight from CRM’s viewpoint.
Market Research / Statistics Monitor competitors’ VIPs activities and launchesAssist in gathering & compiling competitors’ communications
Budget & Cost Control Monitor on the expenses of promotion and event activities with the objectives to stay in line with budget.
Support Campaign CRM activities and any other duties as assigned
