Understanding the Job requirements, Source and manage different sourcing channels for recruitment in an organized and analytical manner to ensure quality hiring.
Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 years of experience in an HR business partner role and ability to handle recruitment
work for the region.
Excellent relationship management skills with a high level of professionalism
Good English verbal and written communication skills
Work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to quick changing priorities
Flexibility to travel internationally as and when required.
