Sales Administration Expert in Customer Service


  • Collaborate with customers, regional offices, and other internal groups to manage Advanced Package business project
  • Contact window for customers regarding order booking, fulfillment, and related business operations
  • Company’s internal business operation, including ordering, billing, shipping, and delivery logistics
  • Continuously improving business flows, systems, and handling productivity
  • Qualifications

  • Advanced Package or Backend CP / Assembly working experience in the field of planning, sales administration, or customer service.
  • Customeroriented mindset and good negotiation skills with internal / external stakeholders.
  • Working process and productivity flows / systems improvement
  • Fluent in English, reference score : Global English score 500+ or equivalent TOEIC 785
  • Detailoriented in handling order and shipping related business operations with quality
  • Stability and commitment
  • Flexible to take overtime support while customers have urgent requests
  • Education Background : Bachelor's degree or above
  • Major : International Trade, Commercial Business Management, IE or related fields
  • Preferred background : Master’s degree or equivalent qualification, such as the training programs provided by International Trade Institute (ITI).
  • Preferred experience :
  • Experienced in Advanced Packaging, Semiconductor Testing / Assembly related companies
  • 2 years+ in Semiconductors Sales Administration or Import / Export related working experience
  • Ongoing
