To be the technical owner for the test program, and the local expert
To provide a production test solution which secures QCD, within the target time to market and enabling rapid time to volume
To review the DfT plan with DfT engineers and designers and create test plan (concept), to feedback on DfT and flag IRS deficiency
To develop the test program and hardware development for prototype debugging
To develop the characterisation and / or qualification test program and hardware development and debugging
To support product qualification, characterisation and release on ATE, e.g. temperature characterisation, correlation, R&R (MSC), etc.
To control and deliver the required initial test costs
To provide leadership for resolution of test issues
To provide the relevant documentation for the test solution(s) at the required time, including the CAT database
To support the handover of all relevant test information, including history and known area for improvement, to the BFP / manufacturing test engineer
To understand the device behaviour and functionality to be able to efficiently deliver the first solution or carry out necessary improvements ![]()
