Senior Technical Support Specialist - Japanese (HyperX)

If you're our Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will

Handle daily incoming emails, calls and live chats.

Social Media Review

Provide troubleshooting and pre / post sales support on HyperX Peripheral products.

Escalate issues to relevant departments and follow up.

Conduct product basic testing for incoming cases if required.

PR Review & basic technical translations.

New Product Evaluation & Training

Create outstanding user experience.

Performs other work-related duties as assigned

We're looking for talents with

Bachelor in Computer Science or similar is a plus.

5+ years of customer service work experience in IT or related field.

Proficient and fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese.

Self-motivated with excellent inter-personal skills

Possess a strong customer orientation and attitude.

Positive attitude and able to work individually and as a team.

Flexible with task rotation
