  • He / She will lead the business transformation execution for all business units and functions to create ONE FS organization in the country.
  • The Field Service Vice President is a senior leader with a proven track record of driving results up to margin control and leading change in a matrix organization.

    Essential Responsibilities :

    Manages the FS organization and Leadership team Sales / presales, Marketing, Operations within the defined budget

    Direct reports to country president & member of the country management team

    Drives Performance Management across FS organization, in charge of the P&L

    Responsible for implementation of country and functional market strategies as well as monitoring performance against goals

    Adapt go to market FS strategy according to local country installed base and country marketing plan (Global accounts, Targeted accounts, Proximity accounts).

    Is responsible for the 3-year Biz Plan, inc. Strategic Workforce planning

    Supports & deploys the global FS transformation program including all streams and initiatives

    Deploys the Global offer with local adaptation of the value proposition per Business Unit (BU) and then per market segment, paying attention to push the new Schneider Electric Digital Offers (EcoStruxure Advisors)

    Drives profitable business growth, increasing the mix of Service Plans revenue. Drives and secures the plan and execution of the FS Campaign

    Develops and grows key Schneider Electric Relationships with Customers and Channels

    Serves as role model in collaboration between the different functions in FS and also with other BU functions locally and with Global Field Services

    Manages team skills evolution to match with business needs (end user coverage) and secure quality in customer service execution

    Develops talents to build a high performance team, with clear goals with associated KPI for each direct report

    Is the entry point in the country for Global Field Services

    Reports business & operation results on a regular basis

    Is actively participating to the FS VP community

    Main interactions : Key Success Factors

    Education / Skills :

    Engineering and / or Business Master Degree or equivalent experience

    Knowledge of Energy and / or IT, industry markets is definitively a plus

    Customer mindset and people oriented to develop talents

    Charismatic leader, with clear communication and ability to build and foster teamwork

    10 years in Services business with operational experience

    Extensive business acumen with strong results orientation

    Experience in managing P&L

    Confidence and courage to make appropriate decisions and accept accountability

    Excellent relationship skills and communication with executive leaders and C level customers
