Key Responsibilities :
To collect and maintain information on company operations data, Business registered data, Beneficial ownership, and Financial data
Monitor and drive quality and efficiency on data collection and processing tasks
Match DUNS Number and update corporate linkage
Assist in new data sources acquisition project by providing analytical and technical support
Provide support on database-related projects, , UBO, Family tree, DUNS Verification, and onsite visit
Conduct mini-investigations for records as and when required, fulfilling for Duns number request, Taiwan Monitoring Product, Alert Project and global requests (eg.
GIRD (Global Investigations Repository Database), UPIK, US Governmental Contractor, M&A, LAL, Family Tree) and etc.
Process check credit information and bulk loading on daily basis
Process media data review and bulk loading on daily basis
Data typing and loading into database such as OPAL, OTMS and generate BIR (Business Information Report), DRS profile, DUNS Certified Profile, and customized report
Answer DRS customer service calls as and when needed
Conduct research and interviews with business executives of Taiwan companies.
Provide basic analysis / financial projections / conclusions of business reports on the interviewed companies.
Compile Business Information Reports before deadlines and meet quality standards.
Perform on-site investigations as and when needed
Perform TPC, EDG, IT security screening procedure if needed
