3.Formulate team programs and direct team goals in all areas of ER / EWC / Wellness to ensure compliance of law & corporate guidelines and prevent adverse impact.

5.Strong project management, communications, organization, and interpersonal skills.
6.Strong leadership capability.
7.Familiar with Taiwan labor laws and practices is a plus.
