Commodity Managers work with Engineering teams to make sure Google has the supplies and equipment to put into production the innovative products coming from our Engineering teams.

As a Commodity Manager, you use your wide industry knowledge and strategic supplier relationships to optimize our total cost of ownership for our global and growing infrastructure.

As a Program Manager in Custom Silicon Operations, you will be part of the supply chain team managing the product lifecycle from new product introduction to end-of-life.

You will work with suppliers, Global Commodities Managers, and Engineering teams to manage the product availability, secure capacity, facilitate logistics, and ensure the entire manufacturing flow is in order.

Travel to supplier sites for on-site audits and validation jobs will be required as needed. Suppliers are located in China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.

Travel to contract manufacturer sites will also be required during final assembly, test, and pack.

Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running.

From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible.
