QCT Multimedia Connected Camera Systems group creates embedded camera and imaging solutions for IP Cameras, Sports Cameras and Drones.
The candidate will be a member of Multimedia Connected Camera Systems Team located in Taipei and will be responsible for developing new imaging and video processing features targetted for IP Cameras, Sports Cameras and Drones.
Developing advanced imaging and video processing features such as High Dynamic Range, Video Image Stablization, Video Noise Reduction, Auto Exposure and White Balance for IP Cameras, Sports Cameras and Drones.
Fluent in C / C++ programing, require embedded SW experience such as ARM, DSP and / or GPU implementation and optimization.
Understand fix-point implementation.* Hands-on experience with on-target development and debugging in embedded environment.
Quick learner, self-motivated. Able to work independently to translate advanced algorithms into real optimized implementation.
Working with software teams to implement the new algorithms. The work includes the proper documentation and the verification approach for SW engineers.
Working with the test teams to design test methods for the algorithms and also to facilitate the test of the new algorithms before SW release.
Working with application engineers to to support customer projects.* Providing training for internal and external customers Minimum Qualifications
Expertise in advanced imaging and video processing features such as High Dynamic Range, Video Image Stablization, Video Noise Reduction, Auto Exposure and White Balance.
Deep understanding of color science, camera sensors and optics.
Knowledge and experience of camera image processing.
Matlab / C programming
Hands-on experience developing algorithms for embedded devices. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IPC, Sports Cameras and Drones is a big plus.
